Pulcra Chemicals is a company specializing in the non-woven fiber market, and they are seeking a Fiber & Non Wovens Sales Account Manager. The role involves building long-term relationships with customers, developing new opportunities, and driving sales growth in the non-woven fiber sector.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the strategic direction for the sales territory
- Drive the sales and development of products to enable new growth opportunities and provide technical support to our customers
- Evaluate new sales opportunities designed to meet territory and business objectives
- Work closely with current and prospective customers to understand business needs. Recommend continuous improvement and innovation plans that will maintain / grow sales and margins
Requirements:
- BS or Master's degree in chemistry, business with at least 7 years successful sales experience specializing in non-woven fibers
- Proven sales leadership skills including strong closing skills, sales planning, territory management and market knowledge
- Experience selling specialty chemicals into and knowledge of the non-woven fiber market
- Experience in solving challenging problems, setting strategies, prioritizing and implementing appropriate sales plans
- Strong communications, interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Ability and flexibility to travel and participate / collaborate with international colleagues
