Job Title: Ansible Automation Consultant

Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid)

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Ansible Automation Consultant to support large-scale infrastructure and application migration initiatives. This role focuses on building reusable automation frameworks to enable seamless migration from legacy data centers to cloud or hybrid environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop Ansible-based automation solutions
• Build reusable playbooks, roles, and automation frameworks
• Automate migrations across:
• Data Center Cloud (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform)
• VM Cloud / On-Prem
• Integrate automation with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
• Work with DevOps, Infra, and Application teams for migration execution
• Ensure automation is scalable, secure, and reusable

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Ansible (Playbooks, Roles, AWX/Tower)
• Experience in data center / cloud migration projects
• Good understanding of Linux/Unix systems
• Experience with VMware / Hyper-V environments
• Exposure to AWS / Azure / Google Cloud Platform
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
