Homeaglow is a platform that connects customers with service providers for home-related needs, aiming to simplify home care through dependable and high-quality solutions. They are seeking a Performance Senior Marketing Manager to own and optimize their paid search channels, focusing on data-driven insights and campaign management to drive growth.
Responsibilities:
- Own and manage Google (Search, Demand Gen, Pmax) and paid search channels (Bing, Apple Search)—bringing workstreams from external agencies and contractors to in-house
- Develop, implement, and optimize campaigns using data-driven insights
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing, ensuring statistical significance and meaningful performance insights
- Continuously analyze data and performance metrics to improve efficiency and ROI
- Communicate findings and strategy recommendations clearly and proactively
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to align marketing efforts with business goals
- Maintain organized processes to track and measure performance marketing success
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in paid search
- Experience managing $1M+ in monthly budgets on paid search
- Highly data and analytics focused—must be comfortable working with numbers, metrics, and testing methodologies
- Detail-oriented with a love for being in the weeds
- Be highly tactical, enjoying tactics as strategy
- Organized self-starter who thrives in an autonomous work environment
- Strong written and oral communication skills—essential for remote work and cross-functional collaboration
- Deep understanding of analytics, including confidence intervals, statistical testing, and experimental design
- Experience with additional performance marketing channels: Youtube TV, CTV, programmatic, paid social
- Experience in SaaS, two-sided marketplaces, or home services
- Proficiency in SQL or Python for deeper data analysis
