Applicantz is a global SaaS leader specializing in SMB eCommerce, and they are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to drive product-led growth and monetization. This high-impact role requires ownership of the growth funnel and the ability to leverage AI and experimentation to scale growth.
Responsibilities:
- Own and optimize the end-to-end growth funnel (activation → expansion → monetization)
- Design and execute structured experimentation programs (A/B, multivariate, rapid testing)
- Translate product usage data & behavioral signals into growth hypotheses
- Drive trial-to-paid conversion, upsell, and expansion strategies
- Partner with Product, Analytics, and Lifecycle teams to strengthen PQL motion
- Build dashboards and frameworks to track conversion, retention, and revenue impact
- Leverage AI tools and workflows to accelerate experimentation and personalization
- Lead cross-functional initiatives with strong ownership and accountability
Requirements:
- Proven ownership of a full experimentation program (not just running tests)
- Strong experience in PLG SaaS environments (activation + expansion focus)
- Hands-on work with product usage data to drive growth decisions
- Demonstrated bias for action in fast-moving, imperfect data environments
- 5+ years in Growth / Lifecycle / Digital Marketing (SaaS or eCommerce)
- Strong analytical mindset with experimentation experience
- Experience working cross-functionally with Product & Analytics teams
- Familiarity with PLG and lifecycle marketing strategies
- Experience with PQL frameworks
- Tools like Amplitude, Mixpanel, Optimizely, Adobe Analytics
- Experience in SMB / self-serve SaaS models
- Exposure to AI-powered workflows, automation, or personalization
