Responsibilities:

- Proven experience leading Request for Proposal (RFP) processes and pricing‑related initiatives
- Strong background in strategy, segment marketing, and solution development, with direct application in the healthcare industry
- Experience managing and/or leading cross‑functional teams to deliver measurable, quantifiable business outcomes
- Exceptional business acumen, including deep knowledge of the global pharmaceutical market and competitive landscape; strong ability to analyze and synthesize data and translate complex insights into clear, actionable messages for diverse audiences
- Knowledge of FedEx processes and systems is a plus
- Excellent communication and customer engagement skills, both verbal and written, with a demonstrated ability to keep stakeholders and teams informed and aligned
- Experience developing and executing lane‑based pharmaceutical roadmaps and plans aligned to customer segments and market requirements
- Creative and effective in developing executive‑level content, dashboards, and status updates for leadership visibility
- Broad network of industry contacts and a track record of success as a goal‑driven, collaborative partner
- Demonstrated knowledge and application of project development and program management disciplines
- Proficient in applying Quality‑Driven Management (QDM) techniques across work efforts to drive disciplined execution and results
- Solid understanding of the healthcare market, pharmaceutical segment, and customer requirements

- Experience leading complex global programs
- Demonstrated business results (proven revenue and profit growth experience)
