Missile Defense Radars Business Development Principal

Lockheed Martin is a leader in defense and aerospace, and they are seeking a Missile Defense Radars Business Development Principal to support their Business Development team. The role involves driving growth and managing business opportunities related to Missile Defense and Space Surveillance Radars, while building relationships with government and international partners.

Responsibilities:

• Building and maintaining trusting and productive relationships with customers, influencers and key opinion leaders
• Proactive and responsive engagement with domestic and international customers and related stakeholders
• Performing market research and developing business cases to identify, qualify, and shape opportunities
• Developing and implementing capture strategies, analysis of competition, and win strategies
• Leading teams to respond to Requests for Information, Requests for Proposal, and other solicitations
• Contributing to product line and market segment strategic planning cycles
• Managing in-year and planning future-year new business funding
• Collaborating and coordinating with functional, LOB, and BA stakeholders
• Preparing and presenting opportunity reviews to stakeholders
• Other related duties as assigned by leadership
