Integrated Media Services is seeking a highly driven and strategic Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns. This role involves managing multiple campaigns simultaneously, focusing on audience growth, engagement, and performance analysis.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to promote membership programs, live events, and educational offerings
- Own the full campaign lifecycle: strategy → content creation → launch → optimization → reporting
- Manage and prioritize 2–3 concurrent campaigns, balancing timelines and deliverables
- Create compelling marketing assets across email, landing pages, social media, and digital channels
- Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize based on insights and data
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to align messaging and goals
- Maintain a strong understanding of audience behavior to inform targeting and messaging strategies
Requirements:
- 4–7+ years of experience in marketing campaign management or growth marketing
- Proven ability to own and execute campaigns independently
- Strong mix of creative thinking and analytical rigor
- Experience with email marketing platforms, CRM systems, and campaign analytics tools
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Strong copywriting and content development skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
