Ken Garff Automotive Group is seeking Remote Customer Service Representatives for their Listening Center. The role involves answering inbound customer calls, addressing concerns, scheduling appointments, and maintaining customer records while upholding the company's standards of professionalism and integrity.
Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound customer calls promptly and professionally
- Determine the customer’s concerns and schedule the necessary appointment
- Communicate with the customer in a way that leaves them feeling comfortable, informed, and feeling that they have been heard
- Document and update customer records
- Establish and maintain great customer relationships
- Be a team player and uphold Ken Garff’s standards of professionalism and integrity
Requirements:
- Positive, energetic, enthusiastic, and service-oriented
- Must provide your own equipment
- Proficient computer skills, capable of managing multiple systems, and able to type 30 + wpm
- The ability to help solve customer problems
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. (Written and verbal)
- Ability to multitask, organize & prioritize—in other words, work smart
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S
- Must be located in Utah, Texas, Nevada, Arizona, Wyoming, or Iowa
- Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus
- Bilingual in Spanish is a PLUS!
