BDO USA is a leading accounting and advisory organization that values impactful work and individuality. They are seeking an Interim Marketing Consultant to provide leadership in marketing operations, manage strategy execution, oversee campaign development, and support clients during periods of transition or increased workload.
Responsibilities:
- Oversees day-to-day marketing operations, including campaign execution, content development, and brand management
- Manages the planning and delivery of marketing initiatives, ensuring timely and effective execution
- Develops and reviews marketing plans, reports, calendars, and supporting materials
- Ensures alignment with brand standards and applicable marketing and communications requirements
- Coordinates with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and leadership on marketing initiatives
- Develops, implements, and monitors marketing processes, procedures, and best practices
- Assists with strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and marketing performance analysis
- Identifies and implements process improvements to enhance marketing efficiency and impact
- Communicates marketing insights, recommendations, and progress updates to client leadership
- Other duties as required
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration, required
- Five (5) or more years of progressive marketing experience, required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing client needs and environments
- Demonstrates professionalism and integrity in all client interactions
- Master's degree in Marketing or Communications, preferred
- Two (2) or more years in a supervisory or leadership role, preferred
- Experience in professional services or consulting environments, preferred
- Experience with interim or contract marketing leadership assignments, preferred
- Experience with marketing automation, CRM, analytics, and content management platforms, preferred
