QuantHub is pioneering the future of education by developing a transformative self-learning platform. They are seeking an Employer Partnerships Manager to build and lead their employer engagement strategy, focusing on workforce development and education to create real-world impact.
Responsibilities:
- Build and manage a robust employer pipeline across priority industries to host student interns and learners in work-based learning (WBL) projects
- Lead year-round employer recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and retention initiatives
- Scope employer projects and provide support services to ensure high-quality participation and strong outcomes for both employers and learners
- Develop sponsorships, fundraising opportunities, and employer-funded partnerships
- Promote QuantHub's upskilling, credentialing, and custom skill-path solutions to corporate and workforce training partners
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align emerging employer needs with K-12, postsecondary, and adult learner pathways
- Support the execution of grant writing, reporting, and marketing efforts
- Contribute to credential validation, digital wallet integrations, and industry-aligned credentialing initiatives
