Assistant Nursing Manager (ANM) - Pediatric ER

Job Shift: Days

Job Type: Full Time

Up to $15,000 SOB for qualified candidates, paid over 24 months.

The shift manager is a registered nurse who, using critical thinking skills, coordinates the clinical activities within the Adult Emergency Department and collaborates with other members of the health care team.  She/he directly and indirectly supervises the care rendered by all emergency service line staff.

• Organizes unit and patient care activities
• Directs/Organizes staff development
• Maintains accountability to nurse leadership

Education:

• Required: Associate Degree
• Preferred: BSN

Experience:

• 2-3 yrs RN experience in emergency nursing

License:

• REGISTERED NURSE

Certifications:

• BLS/CPR (AMERICAN HEART ASSN) 
• ACLS and PALS (AMERICAN HEART ASSN)
• CPI/HEALTHY INTERVENTIONS within 30 days of hire
