Senior Clinical Leader - Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Position Summary:

The Senior Clinical Leader is an experienced advanced practice clinician who serves as a clinical anchor, mentor, and operational stabilizer across assigned facilities and regions. This leader-first role emphasizes clinical judgment, presence, and influence, while maintaining a limited core caseload to preserve hands-on credibility. The Sr Clinical Leader provides continuity and leadership during periods of growth, transition, or elevated clinical risk. While direct care may be provided during new starts or coverage gaps, the primary purpose is to elevate clinical quality, support clinician success, and ensure consistent standards through visible and trusted leadership.

Qualifications:

• Current NP or PA licensure in the state of practice
• Previous professional patient care experience
• Experience in geriatrics, family medicine, or internal medicine preferred.
• Exceptional patient-centered service skills, including compassionate communication, active listening, professionalism, and the ability to build trusting relationships with residents, families, and facility staff
• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across interdisciplinary teams
