Intellitix is a global leader in event technology, delivering innovative solutions to enhance event experiences. They are seeking a Business Development Manager to win and close mid-market and large-scale event operators, focusing on full-cycle sales for cashless payments and access control solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Full-cycle sales for POS, cashless, and access control solutions
- Building and managing a qualified pipeline within defined verticals (festivals, fairs, sports, conferences, multi-day events)
- Executing disciplined qualification to improve win rates and deal quality
- Leading discovery with operational and other various event stakeholders
- Collaborating with product and operations to scope complex deployments accurately
- Maintaining accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene
Requirements:
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience (POS, access control, event tech preferred)
- Experience selling into live events, festivals, venues, or multi-location operators
- Demonstrated ability to close complex, multi-stakeholder deals
- Strong discovery and qualification skills
- Experience maintaining accurate forecasts and pipeline discipline
- Ability to travel for conferences, client meetings, and event deployments for approximately 8%-15% of the role
