They are seeking a Marketing Manager, Demand Generation who will own the strategy and execution of demand generation initiatives, including events, customer marketing, and brand reinforcement, to drive predictable pipeline growth.
Responsibilities:
- Own the strategy and execution of our demand generation engine
- Create high-touch moments through events and webinars that deepen relationships and generate pipeline
- Deliver personalized experiences to target accounts through ABM programs
- Turn existing relationships into expansion opportunities with customer marketing initiatives
- Amplify efforts through paid advertising and email nurture campaigns
- Ensure Sales receives prospects who are genuinely ready to engage through lead scoring frameworks
- Deep-dive into Continuous' products, customers, and market
- Build relationships with key stakeholders across Sales, Customer Success, Product Marketing, and leadership
- Assess current demand generation efforts and identify opportunities to strengthen our integrated approach
- Master the HubSpot, Salesforce, and marketing technology ecosystem
- Execute on core demand generation priorities, including events and webinar programs
- Develop the strategy framework, customer segmentation approach, and launch initial pilot campaigns for customer marketing
- Optimize lead scoring and qualification frameworks in HubSpot
- Launch targeted nurture campaigns across email and paid channels
- Establish baseline performance dashboards and reporting metrics for campaign effectiveness
- Drive predictable, scalable pipeline growth as a trusted demand generation expert
- Lead successful execution of quarterly events and webinar programs
- Establish customer marketing function as a critical growth lever
- Drive continuous optimization of campaigns based on data insights
- Reinforce the Continuous brand strategy post-rebrand through integrated campaigns
Requirements:
- Experience in demand generation marketing, particularly in a SaaS environment
- Proven track record of executing successful events and webinars
- Strong understanding of account-based marketing (ABM) strategies
- Experience in customer marketing and developing expansion opportunities
- Proficiency in using marketing technology tools such as HubSpot and Salesforce
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to optimize marketing performance
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills tailored to financial services executives
- Experience in creating and executing paid advertising and email nurture campaigns
- Ability to build relationships with key stakeholders across various departments
- Experience in the financial services industry
- Familiarity with GA4 and advanced analytics tools
- Experience in developing lead scoring frameworks
