Responsibilities:
- You will support the execution and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement and related tools
- Responsibilities include:Building, editing, and launching email campaigns, landing pages, and formsSupporting event campaign setup and ROI trackingManaging Engagement Studio programs (e.g., nurture campaigns, drip sequences)Executing campaign calendars across business unitsEnsuring proper segmentation, personalization, and audience targetingPerforming quality assurance (QA), including testing links, rendering, and dynamic content prior to launch
- You will help ensure leads are properly captured, routed, and tracked throughout the funnel
- Responsibilities include:Managing lead imports, list uploads, and database segmentationMaintaining data hygiene and consistency across systemsSupporting lead scoring and grading modelsMonitoring lead flow and routing to sales and SDR teamsTroubleshooting sync issues between platforms
- You will support visibility into campaign and pipeline performance by maintaining accurate reporting
- Responsibilities include:Tracking campaign performance metrics (e.g., open rates, click-through rates, conversions)Building and maintaining campaign and lifecycle reportsSupporting attribution tracking and ROI analysisIdentifying trends and opportunities for optimization
- You will support broader marketing and revenue operations initiatives, including:Managing inbound marketing requests and prioritizing executionCollaborating with sales, SDRs, and leadership teamsSupporting webinar and event execution (lists, reminders, follow-ups)Assisting with process documentation and workflow improvementsIdentifying opportunities to streamline and automate processes
- You will work across multiple systems, including:Salesforce CRMSalesforce Marketing Cloud Account EngagementSales intelligence platforms (e.g., ZoomInfo, SalesIntel)Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Excel, SharePoint)Webinar platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams)Project management tools (e.g., Asana)Additional marketing and analytics tools as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in marketing, communications, business administration, operations, or a related field
- 1–4 years of experience in marketing automation, digital marketing, demand generation, or lifecycle marketing (internships and hands-on project experience considered)
- Experience working with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or similar tools (certifications preferred but not required)
- Hands-on experience executing email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, personalization, A/B testing, and performance tracking
- Exposure to CRM systems such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics 365, including lead lifecycle management and campaign attribution
- Familiarity with lead generation and nurturing workflows (e.g., automated journeys, drip campaigns, scoring models)
- Working knowledge of marketing analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics or native platform dashboards)
- Familiarity with data privacy regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CCPA) as applicable to marketing operations
- Strong attention to detail and experience managing campaign timelines and QA processes
- Strong communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity and timeliness
