Marketing Account Manager

Dexian is a leading provider of staffing, IT, and workforce solutions. They are seeking a Marketing Account Manager to lead marketing initiatives, facilitate relationships across teams, and drive customer success through effective project management and account-based marketing strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Leading marketing initiatives and cross-functional execution
• Demonstrating high levels of ownership, responsibility, and initiative
• Facilitating relationships and collaborating across other channels and segments of the business
• Demonstrating effective project management skills that drive execution cross-functionally
• Influencing across teams and consistently communicating across all levels up to Executive to achieve results
• Listening to customers, championing their success, and making decisions that benefit the customer and the entire Intuit portfolio
• Using segmentation and targeting to drive customer experiences

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5-7+ years of marketing experience leading marketing initiatives and cross-functional execution
• Demonstrated high levels of ownership, responsibility, and initiative
• 1-2 years of experience in Account Based Marketing or Sales Marketing and Lead Management
• Team player: Proven experience and passion to facilitate relationships and collaborate across other channels and segments of the business
• Demonstrate effective project management skills that drives execution cross-functionally
• Experience with direct sales organizations, Salesforce.com/Marketo/Demandbase (or similar CRM and Marketing Automation)
• Customer-obsessed. Listens to customers, champions their success, and makes decisions that benefit the customer and the entire Intuit portfolio, not just the Sales Marketing Channel
• Strong use of segmentation and targeting to drive awesome customer experiences
• Influences across teams, consistently communicates and influences across all levels up to Executive to achieve results
• Excellent verbal, written, visual/presentation and interpersonal communication skills
• Experience with accountants a plus
