TranslateLive is transforming how organizations communicate across language barriers. They are hiring a Business Development Manager / Account Executive to own the full sales cycle and help drive the next phase of growth, managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
Responsibilities:
- Own full-cycle sales execution
- Generate pipeline through outbound activity, partnerships, and inbound follow-up
- Run discovery calls to identify customer needs and align TranslateLive solutions to key use cases
- Deliver product demonstrations and articulate value to multiple stakeholders
- Build and present proposals, pricing, and ROI-driven business cases
- Manage deals through the pipeline and close new business
- Drive territory and account strategy
- Identify target accounts and develop strategic outreach plans
- Research funding sources (Title I, Title III, grants, etc.) and align messaging accordingly
- Manage account mapping and multi-threaded relationships within organizations
- Collaborate cross-functionally
- Partner with community organizations, channel partners, and educational agencies
- Work closely with leadership on forecasting, pipeline health, and deal strategy
- Provide feedback on messaging, positioning, and product enhancements
- Maintain pipeline discipline
- Track all activity in CRM (Salesforce or equivalent)
- Maintain accurate forecasting and deal progression
- Ensure strong follow-up and deal velocity
