Homeaglow is a fast-growing, fully remote company in the home services space. They are seeking a Performance Marketing Senior Manager to own and optimize paid search channels, driving performance and measurable growth through data-driven insights and rigorous testing frameworks.
Responsibilities:
- Own and manage paid search channels including: Google Search, Demand Gen, and Performance Max
- Bing Paid Search
- Apple Search
- Bring paid search workstreams fully in‑house, managing and coordinating external agencies and contractors as needed
- Develop, launch, and optimize campaigns using data‑driven insights
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing, ensuring statistical significance and actionable conclusions
- Continuously analyze performance metrics to improve efficiency, CAC, and ROI
- Communicate results, learnings, and recommendations clearly and proactively, especially in writing
- Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure paid media aligns with broader business objectives
- Maintain clean, organized processes for tracking, measuring, and reporting performance success
Requirements:
- 5+ years of hands‑on paid search experience
- Proven experience managing $1M+ in monthly paid search budgets
- Deep comfort working with numbers, analytics, and experimentation
- Strong attention to detail and a love for being in the weeds
- Highly tactical mindset—enjoys execution as much as strategy
- Organized, self‑directed, and effective in a fully remote environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong understanding of analytics concepts including: Confidence intervals, Statistical significance, Experimental design and testing methodologies
- Experience with additional performance channels: YouTube / YouTube TV, CTV, Programmatic, Paid social
- Background in SaaS, two‑sided marketplaces, or home services
- Working knowledge of SQL or Python for deeper data analysis
