LinkSquares is a Boston-based, AI-powered CLM SaaS leader trusted by organizations like DraftKings and Manscaped. The Account Manager is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of customer relationships, driving retention and expansion in their assigned territory while collaborating with various teams to ensure customer success.
Responsibilities:
- Drive Retention & Expansion: Take ownership of your territory to drive renewal engagement and identify strategic upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Operational Excellence: Monitor account health triggers, product usage dashboards, and support cases to proactively reach out to customers with relevant content
- Strategic Negotiations: Partner with CS, Marketing, and Legal teams to prepare for and execute complex contract negotiations and renewals
- Forecasting & Reporting: Maintain an accurate pipeline and forecast with clear next steps; track all activities in Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, and Catalyst
- Product Expertise: Become a specialist in LinkSquares’ offerings to effectively align our solutions with customer needs and growth goals
