Aptarro is a company focused on helping healthcare providers streamline their billing and compliance processes. The Growth Marketing Manager will drive the demand generation strategy, manage integrated marketing campaigns, and collaborate with sales and product marketing to enhance customer engagement and conversion.
Responsibilities:
- Build and own the demand generation strategy across paid, owned, and earned channels
- Develop integrated campaigns (email, paid media, web, content, webinars, events) to drive MQLs, SQL, and pipeline growth
- Lead Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives using 6sense, including audience segmentation, intent data activation, buying stage targeting, and multi-channel orchestration
- Partner with Product Marketing on messaging, content needs, ICP refinement and audience segmentation
- Develop and manage customer review and social proof initiatives to strengthen credibility and support conversion
- Plan and manage campaign calendars, budgets, and timelines
- Own paid acquisition strategy, working closely with our digital marketing agency to set direction, review performance, and optimize budget allocation
- Launch and optimize nurture programs using marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot)
- Test and improve landing pages, CTAs, content offers, and conversion paths
- Support sales with targeted campaigns for priority accounts and pipeline acceleration initiatives
- Leverage ZoomInfo to enhance targeting, enrich contact data, and support account selection processes
- Track campaign performance and provide weekly/monthly pipeline reports
- Monitor funnel metrics such as MQL → SQL conversion, CPL, CAC, ROI
- Use data insights to recommend optimizations and future campaign strategies
- Partner with Sales to align on target accounts, scoring, handoff, and feedback loops
- Work with Content, Brand, and Web teams to ensure consistent messaging and cohesive campaign experience
- Coordinate with external agencies, designers, and contractors as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience in demand gen or revenue-focused B2B marketing
- Tech stack experience strongly preferred: 6Sense, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, HubSpot, and ZoomInfo
- Data-driven mindset with a strong focus on ROI, and a love for data and reporting
- A solid understanding of the SaaS sales cycle and how to design ABM campaigns tailored to each phase of the buyer journey
- Expertise in managing and optimizing paid search strategies and conversion optimization (Google Paid, Display)
- Ability to track, measure, and continuously improve campaign effectiveness
