They are seeking an experienced Application Support Engineer to oversee production support operations for the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform, ensuring stability and continuous improvement of enterprise applications and integrations.
Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day CRM application support operations, ensuring timely incident resolution and adherence to SLAs
- Triage, impact assessment, troubleshooting, debugging, and root cause analysis for production issues
- Ensure proactive monitoring, system reliability, and platform availability across CRM environments
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related technical discipline (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of platform support experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- 3+ years of hands-on CRM customization experience (plugins, workflows, scripting, custom pages)
- Background in enterprise system support and CRM enhancement lifecycle
- Proficiency in Microsoft technologies: .NET 4.0+, C#, ASP.NET, WCF, LINQ, Entity Framework, WPF
- Hands-on experience with front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, XML, JSON, jQuery, JavaScript
- Deep expertise with Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2019+; Dynamics 365 cloud experience preferred
- SQL Server (2012+) knowledge including stored procedures, performance tuning, and data access strategies
- Experience with Azure environments, cloud infrastructure components, Azure Portals, and DevOps pipelines
- Familiarity with modern APIs and service communication: REST API, SOAP, WCF
- Experience with ITIL processes and ticketing tools like Jira or ServiceNow
- Dynamics 365 cloud experience preferred
