Axoniq is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join their growing sales team. The role involves driving revenue growth by identifying and closing new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, particularly in open source selling, and will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation
- Research and qualify potential clients to build a robust sales pipeline
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape
- Generate leads through various channels including referrals, trade shows, and digital marketing
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
- Conduct needs assessments and consultative selling to understand client requirements
- Present product demonstrations and proposals tailored to client needs
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals effectively
- Provide ongoing account management and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact through contract signing
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts in CRM system
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
- Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, product, and customer success
- Follow up on quotes, proposals, and outstanding opportunities
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management
- Analyze sales performance metrics and identify areas for improvement
