DH Pace Company, Inc. aspires to hire a Digital Marketing Manager in our Olathe, KS office! The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, creating, developing, implementing, and managing the overall digital marketing strategy for the company; this person will be a key member of the Marketing Team.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and management to drive long term strategy and vision for our digital marketing (display, social media, video, etc.) and interactive initiatives
- Develop, implement, and monitor effectiveness of digital media strategies, campaigns, SEO activities, and proactively recommend changes to drive more brand impressions, lower PPC costs, and improve results.
- Oversee all aspects of social media platforms, monitoring progress on all platforms using analytical tools
- Collaborate with the Marketing team on media strategies, website enhancements, and lead the efforts on lead generation
- Review, evaluate and measure employee performance against Company goals and standards and establish target for improvement when necessary; recommend promotion/job change and/or compensation changes for employees under assigned responsibility on pre-determined and timely basis.
- Efficiently manage, provide leadership for, and develop staff through effective communication, coaching, training and development for continued success and/or future advancement.
- Ensure compliance with company hiring, counseling/discipline and termination policies. Determine staffing levels and oversee employee scheduling and foster a cooperative and harmonious working climate conducive to maximize employee morale and productivity.
- Address and resolve all employee concerns/issues in a timely manner
- Ability to work additional hours as may be required.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required with a minimum of five (5) years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Suite, on a Microsoft Windows or Apple platform. Experience with content management system (e.g., WordPress),eCommerce (Adobe Commerce) and social media management system (e.g., Soci) a plus.
- Communicate with customer, supervisor or other office personnel in an effective and timely manner.
- Maintain and promote a positive attitude toward customers, internal and external, regardless of the circumstances.
- Must have excellent conflict resolution skills and be able to diplomatically handle confrontation.
