SAP DMS Consultant

POSITION OVERVIEW Joining the AI & Data - Data Management team within the CM&T sector, the SAP DMS Consultant will be responsible for the end-to-end implementation and optimization of Document Management Systems for the client. The mission is to design robust document structures and workflows that ensure seamless data integrity across the SAP landscape.

DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Configure and maintain SAP DMS modules to support business document management requirements.
• Design and implement document structures, classification systems, and metadata schemas.
• Manage document versioning, change control, and approval workflows.
• Implement SAP BTP Document Management Service and integrate with MM, QM, PP, and EWM modules.
• Develop and maintain interfaces for document exchange using SAP PI/PO or CPI.
• Build reporting dashboards for quick document search and manage system troubleshooting (CPI, IDOC failures).

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE The ideal candidate is a technical SAP specialist with a strong background in document architecture and system integration. They should be a self-starter comfortable working in a remote environment while maintaining strict PST hours to support client collaboration and ITAR-compliant projects.
