Job Title: SAP MDG Consultant (Material Master)
Location: REMOTE (must align with PST business hours) Duration: 8 Months
POSITION OVERVIEW
This role joins the Products team within the Aerospace & Defense (A&D) sector to drive the implementation and upgrade of SAP MDG environments. The mission is to provide high-level functional and technical expertise to define and support future-state data governance capabilities for a global enterprise.
DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES

- * Plan, analyze, and define functional and technical capabilities for SAP MDG Material Master.
- Lead the implementation of SAP MDG Finance Master Data and Material Master governance.
- Facilitate impact assessment efforts and produce technical estimates for client work requests.
- Execute and lead Explore Phase Workshops to gather business requirements and define data architecture.
- Provide expert-level guidance on the upgrade process from S/4 HANA 2021 to 2025.
- Ensure data governance processes align with industry best practices and client compliance standards.
- * SAP MDG Material Master & Finance (5+ years)
- S/4 HANA Upgrade Experience (specifically 2021 to 2025) (2+ years)
- Data Governance Process Design (5+ years)
- * Aerospace & Defense (A&D) Industry experience
- Expertise in SAP Master Data Management & Architecture
- Systems Integration delivery
- Strategic Roadmap planning
IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE
- The ideal candidate is an expert SAP Consultant with a strong background in both Finance and Material Master data domains.
- They should possess the technical depth to navigate complex S/4 HANA upgrades and the soft skills required to lead executive-level workshops in a high-compliance industry like A&D.
