Secure Income Management is a rapidly growing financial services platform focused on retirement income planning, estate planning, and annuity distribution. They are seeking a results-driven Digital Growth Marketing Specialist to help scale their digital marketing performance across paid social, email automation, and lead generation.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, launch, and optimize Facebook/Meta ad campaigns across prospecting and retargeting objectives
- Conduct structured A/B tests on creative, copy, audiences, and landing pages — documenting findings and iterating systematically
- Monitor performance daily; adjust bids, budgets, and targeting to hit CPA and lead volume targets
- Build and manage automated email sequences and nurture flows in Zoho Campaigns and/or HubSpot
- Segment audiences using CRM data for personalized, lifecycle-stage messaging
- Test subject lines, CTAs, and send times; report on open rate, CTR, and conversion metrics
- Build and maintain performance dashboards using Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, or similar tools
- Track and report on key funnel metrics (CPL, ROAS, MQL volume, conversion rate) on a weekly and monthly cadence
- Apply AI-powered tools to surface insights, automate reporting tasks, and accelerate creative testing
- Maintain clean lead data and pipeline hygiene within Zoho CRM
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and agency partners on campaign execution and attribution
- Support Meta Pixel / CAPI implementation and troubleshooting in collaboration with technical stakeholders
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, with demonstrated ownership of paid and owned channels
- Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager — audience buildout, creative testing, campaign structure, and budget pacing
- Experience with Zoho CRM and/or Zoho Campaigns for lead management and email automation
- Working knowledge of HubSpot (email workflows, contact segmentation, or reporting)
- Solid grasp of A/B testing methodology — hypothesis formation, statistical significance, and structured rollout
- Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 and campaign attribution reporting
- Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper, or similar) to accelerate copywriting, research, and analysis
- Experience in financial advisory companies, financial services, insurance, or regulated industries
- Familiarity with Meta CAPI or server-side event tracking
- Experience with Google Tag Manager
- Background in affiliate marketing or lead generation funnels
- Meta Certified Digital Marketing Associate or Meta Certified Media Buying Professional
