Embrace Software Inc is a technology company that delivers mission-critical software and payment processing solutions for government agencies. They are seeking a Senior Account Executive to manage new and existing accounts, focusing on selling their enterprise document and content-management platform to government and commercial organizations.
Responsibilities:
- Own a defined territory of new-logo and existing accounts, carrying a quota and a plan to beat it
- Source, qualify, and close net-new business through outbound prospecting and targeted outreach
- Grow existing accounts through up-sell and cross-sell across the full product line
- Run the full cycle: discovery, executive presentations, proposals, negotiation, and close
- Build and own your own pipeline — self-source through outbound prospecting, your network, and targeted outreach to the leads provided by the marketing team
Requirements:
- 7+ years selling enterprise document, content, or data-capture solutions with a direct, full-cycle role
- A proven record of exceeding quota — be ready to talk numbers and named wins
- Strong plus: experience with Hyland OnBase and associated workflows, or selling against FileNet, Documentum, or Alfresco
- Confident running executive conversations and writing sharp, persuasive proposals
- Comfort in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment where you own your results
- BA/BS preferred
- Travel 25%-40%
