Vacatia is an innovative hospitality company reinventing the vacation rental and ownership experience. They are seeking a Project Brand Manager to ensure projects move seamlessly from idea to execution while maintaining brand consistency across all channels.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for creative requests across the organization, ensuring projects enter the creative queue with complete, actionable information
- Manage project timelines, priorities, and workflows through Monday.com, keeping stakeholders informed and projects moving forward
- Partner with resort leaders, sales teams, revenue management, and corporate departments to align expectations and deliver high-quality creative support
- Identify opportunities for campaigns, creative assets, and communications to work across multiple channels and business initiatives
- Improve operational efficiency by streamlining processes, reducing bottlenecks, and helping the creative team focus on delivering exceptional work
Requirements:
- 3–6 years of experience in project coordination, creative operations, marketing operations, traffic management, or integrated marketing environments
- Proven track record of managing multiple concurrent projects while maintaining exceptional organization, communication, and stakeholder satisfaction
- Strong experience with project management platforms such as Monday.com, Asana, Wrike, Trello, or similar workflow tools
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, prioritize competing demands, and proactively solve problems before they impact project timelines
- Experience supporting creative, marketing, hospitality, travel, consumer brand, or agency environments
