AVA Consulting is seeking an Integrated Vehicle Systems Analyst

Company Background: Our client, a major employer in the area, is looking for an Integrated Vehicle Systems Analyst to be part of its team in its North American operations.

Job Description:

What you'll be doing:

• Supporting engineers in the development and application of vehicle electronic components.
• Preparation and or maintenance of technical documentation according to engineering instructions.
• Support electronic part packaging in the vehicle using CATIA V5 CAD, in both the 3D and 2D environments.
• Updating wiring specifications, parts list based on detailed instructions from responsible engineers.
• Preparation of part orders for build events or evaluation activities.
• Support engineers and technicians with re-flashing ECUs and other vehicle update activities.
• Drawing comparison report creation and submission for engineer review.
• Support the maintenance and audit of open issues lists according to engineering instructions.

Requirement:

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in using MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, CATIA V5 (both 3D and 2D environments).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and interpersonal skills
• Interest and willingness to learn new skills and take on a variety of tasks.
• Willingness to work onsite at our Saline Michigan office 5 days/week.
• Must be able to work up to 30% overtime

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in vehicle specific mechanical design/development.
• Experience with wiring or other electrical background.
