The Founding Sales Leader will be responsible for building and executing the company's go-to-market strategy while acquiring and growing customer portfolios in the solar and energy storage sectors.
Responsibilities:
- Building and executing LCOE.ai’s go-to-market strategy
- Acquiring and growing solar and energy storage portfolio customers
- Identifying and qualifying leads
- Managing the sales pipeline
- Closing strategic deals with developers, asset owners, and financial stakeholders
- Collaborating closely with product and engineering teams to translate customer needs into product enhancements
- Shaping pricing and packaging
- Refining market positioning
- Developing sales processes, reporting, and forecasting
- Representing LCOE.ai at industry events, meetings, and presentations
- Recruiting and mentoring future sales team members
- Establishing a high-performance, customer-centric sales culture
