Business Development Sales Account Manager-Souvenir Market

LaserGifts Group is a manufacturer of souvenir products serving businesses worldwide for over 30 years. The Business Development Sales Account Manager will manage existing souvenir industry accounts, develop new business opportunities, sell customized programs, and coordinate customer projects from concept through delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow existing key accounts within the souvenir and gift market
• Develop new sales opportunities and secure new customer accounts
• Sell existing products as well as exclusive and customized programs
• Build strong, long-term relationships with customers and become their trusted account manager
• Manage the day-to-day coordination and follow-through of customer projects, ensuring deadlines and key milestones are met
• Work closely with the head of sales to identify and develop new business opportunities
• Present product and program proposals to customers and lead negotiations through to successful outcomes
• Ensure customer expectations are exceeded while maintaining strong internal communication with production and support teams
• Take ownership of sales performance and contribute to the ongoing growth of the business

Requirements:

• Experience and existing relationships within the souvenir, gift, or related industries
• Demonstrated ability to develop new business opportunities through professional relationships and industry knowledge
• Proven track record in account management and business development
• Well-connected within the souvenir, gift, or related industries
• Established network of contacts and the ability to use existing industry relationships to generate new business opportunities
• Confident presenting to customers and strong at negotiating agreements
• Highly organized with excellent project and time management skills
• Strong communicator who enjoys building lasting customer relationships
• Self-motivated, proactive, and driven to achieve sales targets
• Able to manage multiple projects while maintaining exceptional customer service
