Manager of Partner Marketing & Client Retention

Trusaic is seeking a hands-on Manager of Partner Marketing & Client Retention focused on expanding partner-driven growth and strengthening customer advocacy. The role leads co-marketing campaigns, partner relationships, customer proof-point programs, retention strategies, product messaging, and cross-functional marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Own and grow co-marketing and joint go-to-market efforts with our partners
• Manage partner relationships day to day, and build co-marketing campaigns with them across email, content, and events
• Own and maintain our marketplace listings and third-party profiles — ensuring each is accurate, complete, on-brand, and optimized to how we position our products today
• Plan and execute partner events and joint activations, from concept through follow-up
• Surface and amplify partner and client wins across our channels
• Track partner marketing activity and outcomes to inform where we invest next
• Create and manage customer communication strategies throughout the customer lifecycle
• Develop and execute client retention strategies that increase customer satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term engagement
• Own and grow our customer advocacy engine — sourcing testimonials, reviews, interviews, and case studies from clients and our Customer Advisory Board (CAB)
• Gather customer feedback and translate those insights into actionable recommendations
• Build relationships with client-facing sales and client services teams to identify referenceable customers and coordinate outreach
• Run client interviews and distill them into proof points and stories the whole team can use
• Partner with Content to translate customer stories into usable assets across web, sales enablement, and campaigns
• Drive reviews on third-party sites (G2, Gartner, and similar) and manage any associated incentive programs
• Supply proof-point content for our website rebrand launch and ongoing brand credibility efforts
• Partner with the Director of Content Marketing to sharpen how we describe our products across partner, advocacy, and third-party touchpoints
• Define and refine ideal customer profiles and buyer personas
• Develop product positioning, messaging, and value propositions
• Feed customer and partner insights back to marketing, sales, and product to inform positioning, messaging, and lifecycle communications
• Support retention and engagement by keeping customer proof and communication flowing across the client lifecycle
• Partner with the Director of Content Marketing on campaign calendars, content needs, and reporting
• Coordinate with Sales and Client Services to keep partner and advocacy work moving without bottlenecking other functions
• Take on ad-hoc projects across the marketing team as priorities shift, owning them from scope through delivery

Requirements:

• 5+ years in B2B marketing, with direct experience in partner/co-marketing, customer advocacy, or both
• Proven ability to manage external relationships — partners, clients, or both — and turn them into marketing outcomes
• Working proficiency in HubSpot (campaigns, lists, reporting) — enough to operate independently
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interviewing skills
• Highly organized and self-directed, with strong attention to detail
• Preferred: experience with reference/testimonial programs or Customer Advisory Boards
• Preferred: familiarity with pay equity, HR compliance, or HCM/HR tech markets
