Sales Development Representative - Western

Controlled Holdings is seeking a Sales Development Representative for its iO HVAC Controls division. The role supports the Outside Territory Manager in the Mountain Territory by sourcing and qualifying leads, building client relationships, managing sales opportunities, and supporting account growth.

Responsibilities:

• Identify, research, qualify, and document (in the CRM) prospective customers
• Source leads via phone prospecting, social media, e-mail, professional networking, and strategic use of marketing collateral
• Effectively manage a healthy pipeline to convert solid leads into landed accounts
• Collaborate with Territory Managers to coordinate sales calls and set appointments
• Develop an understanding of our business model and what constitutes a good customer opportunity
• Assist with marketing activities and support campaigns
• Maintain accurate and detailed records in the CRM
• Enter and follow-up on customer orders
• Design and execute a business development strategy for each account that provides continuous, profitable growth
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
• Demonstrate solid decision-making skills and prioritize business needs accordingly
• Utilize customer feedback to drive product and marketing changes
• Effectively collaborate with all division stakeholders
