Sales Development Representative

Loancater helps business owners and real estate operators access business and real estate capital. The Sales Development Representative makes high-volume outbound calls, qualifies prospects, and books meetings for the team that structures and funds opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• 200+ outbound dials every workday
• Under 5 minutes on callbacks, inbound, and warm replies
• Qualify on revenue, time in business, use of funds, credit/collateral, and timing
• Book meetings that show
• CRM updated the same hour as the call. If it is not in the CRM, it did not happen
• Phone first. Email and LinkedIn only support the phone

Requirements:

• A prior high-volume call center or licensed-sales phone seat
• Proof you can work an imperfect list without stalling
• Clean notes
• NMLS
• insurance license
• Series 7/63
• fluency in FICO, utilization, monthly revenue, MCA, SBA, DSCR, HELOC, LTV
• Mortgage loan officer / MLO / loan originator
• Realtor, ISA, or real estate team setter
• Stock broker / securities or investment sales
• Licensed insurance agent
• Debt relief, debt settlement, credit repair, MCA, merchant cash advance
• Any high-volume call center setter or closer (lending, insurance, solar, home services)
• Bartending, retail, restaurants, or “I'm a people person.”
