Founder's Associate Intern, Growth & Marketing

UniPaith is an AI software company serving students and institutions in the college admissions process. The Founder’s Associate Intern will support the founders’ growth and marketing initiatives, including outreach, advertising, content, and performance measurement.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain contact lists, execute email campaigns, track responses, and report on results
• Support campaign launches and optimization on Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and Microsoft, and deliver weekly performance analysis with clear recommendations
• Draft LinkedIn posts, emails, and ad copy that follow UniPaith's brand and messaging guidelines
• Plan and publish content for the company page and build its audience
• Design ad creatives and social graphics using tools such as Canva or Figma
• Track sign-ups and free-trial starts, and share a concise weekly performance report
• Use AI tools daily to accelerate research, writing, and execution

Requirements:

• Current or recent bachelor's or master's student in marketing, business, communications, entrepreneurship or a related field
• Clear, concise written English with good communication skill
• Comfort interpreting campaign data and translating it into decisions
• Strong organization, consistent follow-through, and proactive communication when issues arise
• Genuine interest in using AI tools as part of your daily workflow
• Ability to commit to the hours below for the full internship
• Social media, email, or paid advertising work for a student organization, startup, or small business
• Experience with Canva, Figma, or similar tools
• Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, or Google Analytics
• Familiarity with the U.S. college admissions process, from your own experience or from helping others
• Experience with public database research such as IPEDS or the College Scorecard
• Proficiency in a second language
