Connect with prospects through various channels, including but not limited to phone calls, emails, and social media.
Create a strong and positive first impression for the Devsu brand.
Educate prospects on Devsu's products, services, and value propositions.
Qualify prospects by understanding their needs and determining if they are a good fit for Devsu's offerings.
Advance qualified leads to the next phase in the sales process and coordinate handoff to Sales Representatives.
Disqualify prospects who do not align with Devsu's target customer profile.
Maintain effective communication and collaboration with the Sales Team to ensure seamless lead transfer and a unified sales effort.
Requirements
2–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation
Experience with outbound prospecting (cold email, LinkedIn, cold calling)
Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Comfortable making high-volume outbound outreach
Highly organized and process-oriented
Coachable and receptive to feedback
Ability to follow structured playbooks consistently
Experience selling technology or software services
Experience in B2B environments
Exposure to U.S. market outreach
Understanding of basic sales qualification frameworks (BANT, MEDDIC, etc.)
