About this role
Role Overview
Manage and develop partner pipelines, maintaining forecast accuracy, achieving quarterly and annual revenue objectives tied to partner impact.
Build, develop & own commercial and strategic relationships with our targeted partners in the US.
Activate partners through a repeatable journey.
Own indirect sales (Resell / Managed Services): find and sign the right partners.
Drive effective co-sell execution: align partner + Sweep teams on roles and mutual action plans.
Help create joint value messaging and sales materials.
Keep partners updated on new resources, product changes, and key developments.
Attend trade fairs and networking events on behalf of the company.
Be data-driven: maintain accurate SFDC records and partner reporting.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in partner sales, alliances, enterprise sales, or consulting with a sales/business development component.
Experience initiating and growing partnerships in software-as-a-service environments, ideally in B2B Enterprise.
Track record of driving enterprise pipeline and revenue via consulting firms and/or system integrators (referral, co-sell, services-led motions).
Ability to develop and execute account plans spanning multiple business units across complex organizations.
Ability to lead intricate negotiations and manage multi-stakeholder decision processes.
Experience working closely with multi-disciplinary teams (Sales, SE, Delivery, Marketing, Legal, Ops).
Ability to evolve in a fast-paced environment with strong autonomy and ownership.
Knowledge of CSR / climate change is a clear plus.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English.
