Provide strategic HR leadership to Operations leaders
Contribute to the development and execution of human capital strategies and programs
Drive execution of employee relations and retention programs
Participate in collective bargaining negotiations
Requirements
Seven to ten years related human resources experience
Minimum of five years in a lead role in a unionized manufacturing experience preferred
Excellent written and verbal communications and interpersonal EQ skills
Bachelor’s degree in HR management, Psychology, or Business required; Master’s degree preferred; professional association certifications (i.e. SHRM) are desirable
