Role Overview
Own and drive high-impact cross-functional initiatives from problem framing to measurable business impact, ensuring clear ownership, milestones, and execution discipline
Lead and orchestrate the company-wide OKR and planning cycles, translating strategic priorities into clear, outcome-driven team goals
Strengthen and evolve plancraft’s Company Operating System across planning, decision-making, governance, and communication layers
Structure ambiguous strategic challenges into actionable plans, aligning stakeholders across Product, GTM, and Business Operations
Prepare decision proposals for leadership by analyzing trade-offs, risks, and execution implications
Improve KPI governance and prioritization discipline across teams to increase transparency, ownership, and outcome focus
Design scalable internal processes, documentation standards, and operating mechanisms that reduce coordination overhead
Introduce AI-enabled workflows and internal systems that increase operational efficiency and strengthen cross-functional execution
Requirements
3–6 years of experience in Strategy, Business Operations, Consulting, Founder’s Associate, Chief of Staff, or a comparable role in a fast-paced environment, ideally within a high-growth B2B SaaS company or similar scaling organization
Proven track record of owning cross-functional projects end-to-end, from problem framing to measurable outcomes
Experience working with planning and steering systems such as OKRs, strategic planning processes, or internal operating models
Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down ambiguous challenges into clear priorities and execution plans
Ability to operate with high ownership and autonomy in ambiguous environments while maintaining focus on outcomes
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience collaborating closely with senior leadership
Proven experience leveraging AI tools, automation, and operational leverage thinking to improve workflows, decision-making, and execution efficiency
