Monitor field commercial routines and provide feedback on team guidance and development;
Conduct checks with process managers on items such as: employee onboarding, climate monitoring, and other actions planned in partnership with management;
Integrate new managers into the department's routines;
Participate in strategic meetings to support and contribute data, information and insights related to people management, the business model, and new projects;
Provide support for external training requests (corporate demands and/or requests from other departments).
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Psychology;
Previous experience in a Business Partner (BP) model preferred;
