Lead and motivate a team of sales agents to achieve both individual and team targets
Provide coaching, training, and ongoing guidance to enhance team performance and skills
Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and growth
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to support sales initiatives
Prepare and present performance reports and key metrics to senior management
Stay up to date with industry trends, market developments, and best practices to continuously improve sales strategies
Requirements
At least 5 years of experience in B2C sales, including a minimum of 2-3 years in a managerial/team leadership roles, preferably within the Spanish market
Native level of Spanish
Advanced level of English
Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing and motivating sales teams
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Strategic mindset with the ability to develop and execute effective sales plans
Results-oriented approach with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
