Role Overview
Create, manage, and maintain daily, weekly, and ongoing caregiver schedules
Match caregivers to clients based on skills, certifications, location, and client preferences
Communicate schedule assignments, updates, and changes to caregivers and clients
Handle call-outs, last-minute schedule changes, and emergency coverage
Monitor schedules for compliance with labor laws, overtime limits, and agency policies
Coordinate with nursing, HR, and operations teams regarding new hires
Update and maintain accurate scheduling and visit records
Confirm scheduled visits, track attendance, and address missed or late shifts
Respond to caregiver and client scheduling inquiries, concerns, or complaints
Support payroll accuracy by verifying hours worked
Requirements
1 year of professional experience
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with caregivers, clients, and families
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Professional, empathetic, and calm under pressure
Dependable, flexible, and reliable scheduling availability
