About this role
Role Overview
Call and email healthcare providers to invite participation.
Schedule research calls based on provider availability.
Document outreach activities and maintain tracking systems.
Provide excellent customer experience in all communications.
Support team members in outreach and research projects.
Participate in quality assurance discussions and team meetings.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service with healthcare
English C1
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
Organized and efficient in daily outreach activities.
Proficiency in MS Outlook and Excel.
Experience with Salesforce (preferred); knowledge of Calendly is a plus.
Comfortable giving and receiving candid feedback.
