The Role

We’re on the lookout for a detail-driven, proactive and tech‑savvy Payroll Administrator to support our high-performing payroll team. Based in our Moorabbin office, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our people receive accurate, timely and responsive payroll support.

You’ll be the first point of contact for payroll queries, managing our JIRA ticketing system, supporting employees and leaders, and helping maintain a seamless, efficient payroll function.

 

What You’ll Do

• Manage day‑to‑day payroll enquiries via JIRA
• Support payroll processing and maintain accurate employee data
• Assist with payroll documentation, workflows and continuous improvement
• Promote confidentiality and excellence in all payroll activities
• Support audits and legislative compliance
• Build strong relationships and help employees navigate payroll systems

 

What You Bring

• Strong administration experience (payroll experience highly regarded)
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to juggle competing deadlines
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
• Confident using technology and HRIS systems
• A collaborative, positive and people‑first approach
• Chris21/Ichris desirable but not essential

 

You’ll also need (or can obtain)
