Markentum is a dynamic agency seeking a Marketing Strategist who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The role involves developing and implementing innovative digital marketing strategies and campaign plans that drive results for clients while fostering strong relationships and providing strategic guidance.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze client goals and data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams, to develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaign strategies that align with client objectives
- Translate strategy into clearly defined, actionable campaign plans so all internal teams understand the purpose, the tactics and the goals
- Play a critical role in defining Markentum’s strategy and providing language for sales proposals, working side-by-side with sales and internal leaders
- Manage multiple Partner strategy and campaign needs simultaneously, ensuring all projects are delivered on time and within scope
- Coordinate with internal teams, including PSMs and Project Managers, to facilitate seamless execution of marketing campaigns
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and their Partner Success Managers (account executive)
- Understand clients' business objectives, challenges, and industry trends in collaboration with PSMs, and provide strategic guidance to suggest new strategies, programming and reports that increase outcomes
- Identify opportunities for improvement and optimization proactively in clients' primarily digital marketing strategies, and other areas that make sense to achieve the client outcome such as direct mail, event marketing and similar areas
- Address challenges with a positive and solutions-oriented mindset
- Spearhead or complete campaign analysis to identify opportunities for improvements within client campaigns
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of campaigns either individually or through various teams
- Work cross functionally to identify and capture campaign performance insights and identify and drive additional programming as needed
- Educate PSMs and clients on emerging trends in digital marketing and recommend innovative solutions
- Help communicate the value of our services through clear and compelling evidence and results
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 7-10 years of proven experience in digital marketing and performance marketing campaign leadership
- B2C experience
- Strong focus on building long-term internal and external relationships
- Exceptional analytical, organizational and multitasking abilities
- Keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
